The event held January 6-8, 2023 at the state of the art Bell Bank Sports Complex in Mesa Arizona will feature teams competing inside with futsal and outside with soccer.  Teams will be placed in brackets of 5 with each team playing 2 games INSIDE and 2 games OUTSIDE.  The winner for each age group will be based on 10 point round robin play.

Roster sizes are recommended for up to 10 players with Futsal being played 5v5 for all age groups and outside play being 7v7 for u8-u15 and 4v4 for u7.

All teams will be guaranteed 4 games- 2 INSIDE (Futsal 5v5) and 2 Outside (7v7) (4v4 for 2016)

League Schedule Conflicts:  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the ability to work around league schedules.  Please be sure to black out our tournament weekend on your league schedule requests.

Coaching Conflicts:  We will attempt to accommodate a maximum of 2 teams per coach.  For coaches with 3 or more teams we will try to accommodate schedule requests but cannot guarantee.

We will be using an online check-in process for this event.  The deadline for team check-in and roster freeze is Wednesday, December 28th, but the email process is available now and check-in can be completed prior to that date.

Prior to the Tournament - By December 28th

All teams must generate their tournament roster in GotSport. This can be done by cloning the team's official ASA or US Club roster or by adding players individually. If cloning the official roster places too many players on the roster, the extra players can be crossed off the roster at site check-in.

Each team must send an email to the following email address:

The subject of the email must include your full team name, including your club.  For example:

Arizona Arsenal 02 Girls Teal 1 Check-In

The email should include 2 attachments. 

1.  One attachment of all player's passes

2.  One attachment of all player's signed medical release forms

This email address is only for team check-in and not for questions regarding the tournament.  Those questions should be sent to our Tournament Director at: zimmermanjake89@gmail.com

At the Tournament:
All teams are required to check in at the score table one hour before their first game to verify their roster.  Teams with their first game outdoors will check in at the outdoor site coordinator table and teams with their first game inside will check in at the indoor site coordinator table. 

At that time, Team Managers/Coaches will be able to cross off any players who are listed on the roster, but aren't playing.  They can also add any loan players who need to be added to the roster.  Paperwork for added players must be checked in at that time (regardless if the paperwork was emailed with the rest of the team or not). Paperwork includes the player's player pass, signed medical release and appropriate loan form if the player is from another club.  They will be asked to verify their roster and sign a No Tolerance agreement.  Teams will need to have their player passes in their possession at each game, but will NOT need to check in their passes before each game. 

As a reminder, teams cannot mix passes.  All players must have passes from the same organization.

All Inside Futsal Game and Outside Games will be played at specific location at Bell Bank Park, 1 Legacy Dr, Mesa, AZ 85212

Field Schematic- All OUTSIDE games will be played on turf or natural grass with cleats, turfs, or flat soled shoes permitted
