The Leadership Council is formed of players interested in representing the voice of the players in decision making moments, giving input to the club President and Board.  Members help facilitate club community service projects and activities for the Arsenal Challenge and Community Games. They also give input with club slogans, uniforms, and activities.

The group meets monthly, mostly on Sundays, due to players having practice and games on all other days. 

Interested players should submit an essay addressing the following characteristics to Barbara Barmettler: barbbarmet@cox.net
Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Trustworthiness, Caring, Citizenship, Commitment and why they’d like to be a part of the Leadership Council.
Players should be U12-U18, with 2 consecutive years of Arsenal Experience.
Players are expected to maintain a B average.
